User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Zanvis Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our websites, custom software portals, mobile applications, or digital services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using our Services. This agreement applies to all visitors, clients, developers, and others who access our platforms.

2. Licensing and Scope of Services

We provide digital consultancy, custom software engineering, design systems, and media production. Except as otherwise explicitly stated in a signed master services agreement, any software cores, mockups, brand assets, or libraries accessed on our public domains are licensed under proprietary terms and may not be distributed without prior written consent.

3. User Responsibilities & Account Security

If any portion of our platforms requires creating an account (such as client staging areas or beta dashboards), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and credentials.

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or compromises the security of our networks, database schemas, or API servers.

4. Payment and Billing Terms

Services and product licensing are subject to specific payment milestones. Unless specified otherwise, payments are processed securely via third-party systems like Razorpay or Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zanvis Technologies, nor its directors, engineers, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Services.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
